Now, I would like to know, did anyone recently upgraded UCT tickets after they used it once and if they had to let go of the discount? Thank you.
He was really rude (I talked to a lot of Disney employees to organize my trip and he was the first rude person I talked to). He told me to never believe what is on the internet. Undercover Tourist offers discount tickets and hotel packages to the Disney parks ( Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort ), Universal Parks ( Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Studios Hollywood TM ), SeaWorld Parks and LEGOLAND Florida Resort and LEGOLAND California Resort. He told me there is no such thing as "bridging" and it is impossible that they would do so.

I told them that I read that "bridging" was possible if I used the tickets at least once and if I upgrade before the 14 days. And he said if the tickets are accepted, if I want to upgrade my tickets, I will have to pay the difference between the price I paid and the actual gate price, so I will lose the discount (37$ per ticket) no matter if I used the ticket once or not. The guy I talked to was kinda rude and told me that it is possible that my tickets wont be valid since I did not buy them from Disney directly. But I called Disney to know if I would be able to upgrade them because I was supposed to leave on the 26th but I add two more days to my trip (I will also be visiting Universal and Discovery Cove), so I also wanted to add two more days to my Disney tickets. I received the tickets very promptly and was able to linked them to my WDW app on my smartphone. The thing is I bought 4 Park Hopper+ Water Park (4 days) thru the Undercover Website. Really need help here :/ I'm going to DisneyWorld on August 18th to august 28th.
